HER Healing

Hi there! I specialize in Maternal Health and Women’s Issues within my therapy practice—and I’m also a certified doula who understands firsthand the unique challenges that come with every stage of womanhood. More importantly, I’m your everyday mom, wife, and woman who has a passion for helping HER reconnect with who she truly wants and needs to be. In both therapy and birth support, I create a safe and nurturing space for women to explore, heal, and grow through life’s transitions—whether that’s motherhood, relationships, identity, or personal wellness. I believe in the power of establishing healthy routines and balance that support HER continued spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical growth, no matter what circumstances or experiences she’s faced. My goal is to walk alongside each woman as she learns to honor her story, reclaim her peace, and rediscover herself—because when HER life is in alignment, healing and wholeness follow.
